MEATER® PRO XL

The Pro Collection is MEATER's lineup of next-generation wireless smart meat thermometers, engineered for high-heat cooking and everyday use. It includes three models — MEATER Pro, MEATER Pro Duo, and MEATER Pro XL — each designed to deliver pro-level precision whether you're grilling, smoking, roasting, deep frying, or doing sous vide.

Pro Collection probes are built for more demanding cooking conditions. The Pro Collection supports ambient temperatures up to 550°C, meaning you can leave the probe in the meat over an open flame while grilling and searing — something not recommended with MEATER Plus or SE. Pro Collection probes also feature Bluetooth 5.2 Long Range technology for a stronger, more reliable signal, plus faster-charging batteries.

• MEATER Pro — Best for solo cooks or those who primarily cook one protein at a time. One probe, Bluetooth connectivity with long range, and a compact charger.
• MEATER Pro Duo — A two-probe thermometer with built-in WiFi, ideal for cooking two different proteins to different doneness levels simultaneously.
• MEATER Pro XL — A four-probe thermometer that lets you cook multiple dishes to perfection at once, with an OLED screen on the charger so you can monitor your cook without opening the app.

MEATER Pro uses Bluetooth with a long-range booster — open air range is 2,500 ft, with a typical home range of 250 ft. It does not have built-in WiFi, but you can extend range to WiFi or unlimited range via MEATER Link or MEATER Cloud using a second phone or tablet. If you want built-in WiFi, choose the MEATER Pro Duo or MEATER Pro XL.

MEATER Pro: A 5-minute charge delivers a 2-hour cook, 15 minutes gives you 12 hours, and 30 minutes provides 24+ hours of cooking. The charger itself runs on a single AAA battery included in the box, which lasts approximately 2 years with average use (about one steak per week).

MEATER Pro Duo & XL: Both use USB-C fast charging — 30 minutes of charging delivers 24 hours of battery life for the probes. The Pro XL dock has an internal lithium battery charged via the included USB-C cable.
