From weeknight meals to deep-fried feasts, the Pro Collection is made for it all. Engineered for high heat and everyday use, it delivers pro-level precision in every cook.
The Alpha Collection includes MEATER SE, MEATER Plus, and MEATER Block — a lineup of wireless smart meat thermometers that pair with the MEATER mobile app to make everyday cooking effortless on the grill, stovetop, or in the oven. These are MEATER's proven, bestselling models — ideal for home cooks who want reliable wireless precision without the higher-heat requirements of the Pro Collection.
Pro Collection probes are built for more demanding cooking conditions. The Pro Collection supports ambient temperatures up to 550°C, meaning you can leave the probe in the meat over an open flame while grilling and searing — something not recommended with MEATER Plus or SE. Pro Collection probes also feature Bluetooth 5.2 Long Range technology for a stronger, more reliable signal, plus faster-charging batteries.
Alpha Collection probes work with all standard cooking methods: grilling, smoking, roasting, baking, air frying, and sous vide. The probes are waterproof and dishwasher safe, making cleanup straightforward after immersion cooking.
MEATER Plus: Single-probe chargers (SE and Plus) are powered by one AAA battery, which can last up to a year under normal use. The battery is included in the box.
MEATER Block's charging dock runs on four AA batteries (1.5V required). A micro USB port is also built in for longer cooks. When the charger is plugged in via USB, it takes precedence over the AA batteries, though plugging it in will not recharge the batteries themselves. Because of the built-in WiFi, Block batteries drain faster than single-probe models, so the USB connection is recommended for long smoking sessions.
