Limited Warranty: Apption Labs hereby warrants that the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer is free from defects in parts, materials, and workmanship for a period of two (2) years in the EU, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand; and one (1) year in the USA and all other countries, when purchased from ApptionLabs or an approved vendor / partner. Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required by you during the limited warranty term, please contact the Customer Happiness Team at Seabreeze Supply co by email or mail for instructions on how to pack and ship your MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer back to Seabreeze Supply Co:
Do not send any parts of the MEATER® or the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer itself to Apption Labs without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and/or instructions.
All costs for shipping any parts of MEATER® or the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer itself to Apption Labs will be paid for by the Customer. All costs for return shipment of Customer products from Apption Labs to the same address the Customer's product came from will be paid for by Apption Labs. Apption Labs require products to be returned before a replacement product may be issued.
This warranty is VOID if: a. the Product Safety instructions for proper usage of the Products are not followed; b. accidental damage occurred caused by the user or cooking apparatus; c. the MEATER® was used commercially; or d. if MEATER® has been tampered with.

Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours during weekdays
Please allow additional time for orders placed during the weekend as our Couriers only pick up Monday to Friday at 4pm AEST
We use Express Courier for all shipments at a standard rate of $9.00
We do not deliver to PO box and prefer a business address for shipping where possible.

Before returning any items, please make sure you have R.A #. (Return Authorization Number).
This is basically your tracking number.
Return Authorisation number’s (RA#’s) must be issued by Seabreeze Supply Co. Contact us via phone or e-mail.
To issue an RA#, we will need some information from you;
Your full name, your delivery address, your contact phone number, what Seabreeze Supply Co. product you are returning and what is the fault?
All warranty claims must be accompanied with a PROOF OF PURCHASE from an authorised dealer.
All returns are best sent directly to Seabreeze Supply Co. Please use the street address above for the most prompt service. Make sure you use a traceable method of return e.g. courier or Registered Post. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please also ensure that your Seabreeze Supply Co. product is packaged well to avoid damage in transit (A box is best). Seabreeze Supply Co. takes no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
