There are two parts to the charging dock pairing process.
1. Probe-to-Dock Pairing
- Open the battery compartment in the back of the new charging dock, remove the white tab under the battery, and press the black button on the front of the dock to make sure the LED lights up green.
- Put the probe in the dock and let it charge for at least 2 hours.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet.
- Take the AAA battery out of the dock and wait 30 seconds.
- Put the battery back in and wait 10 seconds.
- Take the probe out of the dock and wait for the LED to blink green, indicating that the probe has paired to the new dock.
- Switch your phone/tablet's Bluetooth back on.
2. Dock-to-Phone Pairing
- Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the MEATER app dashboard and select "My Devices".
- Under "My Paired Extender Devices", find the old MEATER Plus or MEATER SE that was replaced, then drag it to the left and tap the "x" that appears to unpair it.
- Return to the dashboard.
- Remove the probe from the dock.
- Go through the Quick Start Guide and follow the instructions to pair your new MEATER Plus or MEATER SE.When the probe is removed from the dock, a pop-up should automatically appear indicating that there's a device available nearby.If the pop-up doesn't appear, tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner, choose "Add Devices" > "One probe", then select "MEATER Plus" or "MEATER SE".
