Can I grill over open fire?
YES. The ambient sensor max for MEATER 2 Plus is 550°C and will warn you if the temperature is approaching the limit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) generally ship within 1-2 business days. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday, depending on our volume. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.
Can I return the product if I'm not happy with the cook?
If a product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to facilitate a return for refund within 30 days of purchase. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. After 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy for product and service issues. Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all product manuals/instructions). Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged.
How far can my phone get from my MEATER 2 Plus?
Depending on the thickness of your cooker and your surroundings, MEATER 2 can get up to 75m between the MEATER 2 Plus Charger and your phone. The charger must remain close to the probe during the cook to maintain the Bluetooth connection. For extended wireless range, use MEATER Link and MEATER Cloud to monitor your cook over WiFi.

Why doesn't my MEATER 2 Plus have a '+' symbol on the charger?
We produced only a limited amount of MEATER 2 Plus' with the '+' symbol on the charger. If you have one, congratulations! You have a little piece of MEATER history. We created these as a homage to the MEATER Plus that has revolutionised the Wireless Meat Thermometer market. Don't worry, if your product has the new MEATER 2 probe, then your charger most definitely has our range boosting technology baked in!
